Message My girlfriend's GTI likes to pull away at 1600 rpm and does it well. Under 2k I have to take it easy because of transmission chatter and the boost isn't really there yet. I'm jealous of the torque delivery, and that's on a 2 liter. I'm excited for EPRacing's billet head, and what that will bring to the table, but our engines will never be able to compete with modern engines.
